- Processing time
Once we have received your order and payment, we will begin to create your new pieces. All made to order products require 7 business days+ for creation and delivery time depending on the specific product and quantity ordered. This is outlined in the product description and we will contact you to advise you of any additional delays for any reason. On commission pieces, where you have the chance to review work, your response time will also impact the delivery of your piece of art.
- Reviewing of art
If you’ve ordered a custom commission piece, you will be sent an initial draft for feedback. We will ask you several questions and take on board your opinions to make the ultimate piece of art you will love!
- Payment
All prices are in NZD, payment options include online credit/debit card payment, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Pay Pal.
- Cancellations
Order cancellations are only permitted within 24-hours of placing an order, in which case you will receive a full refund. Cancellations after the 24-hour period will not be accepted and you will not be refunded, as we begin the drawing process as soon as possible in order to deliver your art as quickly as possible.
- Social Media
By ordering, you agree that we may take photos of your products and videos for social media, advertising or website purposes. We may use your pets name in social media content. If you would like us not to, please state this when placing your order.
- Feedback
We’re committed to creating your products with the highest care and using quality materials. If you have purchased products from us and have feedback on how we can improve our products or services, please email us, or give feedback through our website. We'd love to hear from you as we strive to learn and grow. :)
